Senior HR Advisor

Job tasks and responsibilities

This position will see you partner with key Executives and Senior Leaders to deliver HR initiatives for your corporate client group located across Sydney and the Hunter Valley.

Your success in the role will rely on your ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment You will primarily provide HR/Specialist support to the corporate team but will also assist the wider national HR team.

The role will enable you to:

  • Partner with Executives & Senior Management to implement strategies to create and maintain a culture centred around high performance, innovation and continuous learning;
  • Provide attention to the full scope of HR functions including talent management, remuneration cycle, performance management, employee engagement, culture change,  recruitment andchange management;
  • Build effective relationships to influence key stakeholders;
  • Manage organisational design and workforce planning;
  • Add value through HR metrics; and;
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the HR Advisor

Skills and experience

Essential Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualification(s) and proven HR generalist experience at a Senior Advisor level
  • Understanding of Legislation, Fair Work Act and Enterprise Agreements
  • Australian Drivers License
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
