  • Previous Experience as an NDIS Coordiantor is required 


As an NDIS Support Coordinator you will liaise with a range of stakeholders in order to secure suitable support for individuals living with a disability, including requesting and arranging quotes from service providers. 


To be successful for this role you will;

  • Prior experience in the same or simular role 
  • Certificate 4 in Disability Services or Equivalent 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Experience interacting with a customer base of diverse backgrounds including people with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Working with Children Check
  • Clear Criminal History Check
  • First Aid Certificate with CPR 


This role will include;

  • Managing and coordinating participants support plans to enable independence in the home and community
  • Being confident in the facilitation of effective working relationships and communications with the carers, family, external services and other key stake holders
  • A commitment to person centered and family centered practice and maximising the opportunities and support of participants with disabilities and their families within their local communities
  • Communicating effectively with a wide variety of people both in the organisation and the community
  • Linking clients and families to service providers
