Digital Content Executive

SThree Australia currently operates across 2 brands: Huxley specialise in Banking and Finance Technology and Progressive Recruitment who specialise in Technology, Energy and Engineering. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Executive to join our team in Sydney.

If you have a passion for writing and an interest in leading projects of your own, then this position is for you. You will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class customer experience and crafting tailored customer journeys for our clients and candidates. This will come in the form of written content, updating of blogs on our websites, managing our social media accounts, organising events and many more. You will also get an opportunity to lead and manage your own projects.

As a Digital Content Executive, you will be able to learn on the ground with some of the most successful managers within the office, and have the opportunity to be part of a global marketing team. This means that you can not only be part of local projects, but play a role in global marketing campaigns too.

Reporting into the Regional Marketing Manager, this is an ideal job for anyone passionate about content, social media and marketing, who is willing to contribute with innovative ideas, energy, a willingness to learn and an extreme attention to detail.

What you’ll need:

  • Versatile writing capabilities in English with an interest in research
  • Ability to manage complex and multiple tasks with good prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and our customers
  • Excellent team working skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Previous experience as a Content / Digital Marketing Executive, with knowledge of Email Marketing Software, SEO, HTML and CMS

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Research and writing thought leadership content relevant to our markets
  • Manage all our online channels (Websites, brand Linkedin pages, any other social channels)
  • Events coordination (Working with design to come up with event invite, pull-up banners, booth design where relevant, RSVP lists, social content, articles around the event)
  • Onboarding (taking LinkedIn pictures for consultants, job advert training, marketing tools)
