The Role

As Marketing Executive, you will work collaboratively across the business, under the guidance of the Director of Marketing and Communications, to encourage success through the delivery of key marketing and communications initiatives and projects which aim to promote the unique and exquisite offerings of the hotel.

Your natural ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content will set you up for success in this fast-paced, innovative and exciting role. You will take pride in designing and executing traditional advertising in addition to digital marketing and social media content creation. Let your creative flair flow!

This role offers scope to push the creative boundaries and to see your innovative ideas come to life. Our team pride themselves on tackling challenges head-on, with a solutions-focused approach.

 

Success Factors:

  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop
  • Experience using Digital SLR Camera (ideally within food and lifestyle photography)
  • 3+ Years experience in graphic design, with a passion for concept development
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Creative Industries.
  • Experience in campaign roll out across multiple applications (including print, web and social)
  • Flair for creative writing, and keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated experience responding to a creative brief, and producing campaign-worthy concepts that address commercial business objectives, and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Experience in video editing is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional time management, and a resilient attitude than can adapt quickly to changes in priorities.
  • Proven experiences in a fast paced and competitive environment.
