About the opportunity

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including:

  • End to end AP processes
  • Processing of high volume of invoices
  • Scanning, copying and filing of all invoices
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Ensure accurate matching to Purchase Orders and manage exceptions as required
  • Maintaining records of documents and preparing reports
  • Handling queries both internally and externally

About you

To be successful in the role you will have demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable and also working as part of a shared services team. You will also have experience implementing and working with Accounts Payable software and large accounting packages (Microsoft Dynamics). Process improvements, attention to detail along with Teamwork and Customer Service is a must for this role.
