Our client is one of Australia’s leading real estate training providers and they require a skilled Administrator to assist the successful the National Program Manager. The business is less than 5 years old and is increasing market share rapidly on it’s way to become a standout in the market place. All current staff are friendly and youthful, making it an enjoyable place to work.

To be successful in this role you must have;

  • Prior Administration skills and experience
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure situations in order to deliver outcomes 
  • Excellent data entry skills with a sound knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills combined with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong and accurate typing skills
  • Demonstrated capability in working independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Student enrolment; issuing, collecting and uploading documents
  • Ensure administrative requirements are managed in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring appropriate prioritisation of issues
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Updating records and entering accurate data
  • General administration duties
