Due to popular demand for our environmental/educational services Wild Action is now hiring again for more casual employees!

Wild Action is an award winning mobile zoo, situated in the picturesque Macedon Ranges. Be part of our outreach programs travelling to schools, kindergartens and Corporate and Community Events with our gorgeous native wildlife Family. Wild Action's  objective is to teach Australians about our Country's amazing biodiversity, ecology and the importance of conservation. Wild Action is the largest provider of quality mobile environmental workshops in Victoria.

Under the guidance of Director/Zoologist Chris Humfrey and our Senior team, you'll be given the training to conduct demonstrations and handle native fauna. Your daily job will start at our Private Zoo facility. Relocation to the Macedon Ranges would be preferable, due to the extensive travel in your daily duties.

Successful applicants must be physically fit, energetic, have a 'bubbly' personality and have exceptional communication skills across all ages.

Tertiary qualifications in Animal Science or Science Education
is an absolute prerequisite. Please do not apply for this job if you have no experience in this industry.

We pride ourselves on delivering the best wildlife education shows in the Country. Preference will be given to applicants who have a Zoology/Tertiary related background and wildlife industry experience. All applicants must have extensive general knowledge on Australian wildlife and handling experience. 

A general knowledge and a passion for all things WILD is a must. Wild Action prides itself on quality education and exceptional scientific knowledge.

Expressions of interest are invited for casual and contract positions in our unique Company. Successful applicants must be able to procure a Working with Children's check and a National Police check. Wildlife Demonstrators must also have a current full drivers license. 

Successful candidates, must be able to work weekdays and weekend days. Position(s) starts immediately. Wild Action employees are employed on the Amusement ,Events and Recreation Award 2010. You will be expected to be available to work 3-4 days per week.
