Administration Officer - Community Connections (Job-Share)

The Community Connections team is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled person to join our team to assist in providing great outcomes for our Community, Council, Councillors and Customers.   

 

The role:

This role provides confidential administrative support to the Group Manager including calendar and record management, preparing reports and correspondence and assisting with all aspects of the organising and administrative functions within Community Connections.  

You will also provide support to the group administration team which involves providing quality engagement programs and events to our community.

We offer:

  • Part time, 14 hours per week working Thursday & Friday (Job-share)
  • Salary up to $452.16 per week, plus 9.5% superannuation
