Customer Service Representative

The role…

Looking for a role that will offer something new every day? Our Customer Service Representatives work out in the field, to grow the top line revenue and volume of CCA’s customer base. Profitable growth is achieved through the execution of the planned call in all scheduled daily customer calls.

This is a role that will see you:

  • Executing in store merchandising in line with CCA standards
  • Providing an exceptional level of customer service to a wide variety of customers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring out of stocks are minimised
  • Walking the store to check and update POS, and driving POS compliance.

Collaboration with your team is key to best manage the territory and achieve KPI’s.

Perfect world stuff…

  • A proactive approach and communication style, that will see you participating in team activities to support the achievement of team goals
  • The ability to collaborate with your team to ensure the best management of your territory and KPI’s
  • A highly adaptable communication style to create long term relationships
  • Demonstrated behaviour towards safety
  • Previous experience within a similar role and the ability to make an immediate impact!
