We are seeking an enthusiastic and positive admin professional, passionate about Real Estate and customer service, to join our Sales Coordinator team!

Real Estate is an extremely fast paced and hardworking industry so it is important to us that we invest heavily into our team and provide them with a balanced working environment.

To this end we have developed a Wellness Department to support the Toop Team, inclusive of an onsite gym supported by our full time Wellness Coach as well as an onsite Creche managed by our full time Creche Leader. Both facilities are fully funded by the company and were introduced to assist the team to manage health and wellbeing whilst juggling successful careers in Real Estate.

About the Role

Our Sales Coordinators are a key role within our Toop&Toop Sales Team. As the first port of call for our clients when they email, phone or visit our office our Sales Coordinators are known within the team as our Directors of First Impressions. Our Sales Coordinators work closely with our Sales Partners and Sales Associates to provide and deliver outstanding customer service and administration support to our clients.

This position is central to ensuring that the sales process is followed correctly and all data is recorded accurately for a seamless listing and sale experience.

Providing a great sales foundation and valuable pathway to becoming a Real Estate Agent, this opportunity is available due to an internal movement into our Sales team.

 

About You

We are looking for someone who is solutions focused and able to manage a heavy workload efficiently, while anticipating the needs of our Sales team before they arise. A masterful problem-solver who can operate in an incredibly fast-paced environment with a sense of humour, spirit of helpfulness and who takes pride in their work.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated administration and data entry experience
  • Consistently high attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service skills and professional personal presentation
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A sense of urgency and an ability to quickly build rapport and effective working relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once
  • A high level of knowledge and proficiency in the use of MS Office and other database systems
  • The ability to manage multiple duties, manage workload, prioritise tasks and work autonomously
  • A mature work ethic, a commitment to others and being a team player
  • Strong commitment to professionalism and understanding of and adherence to confidentiality requirements
  • Real Estate experience and/or completion of your Certificate IV Property Services is preferred but not essential
