This is a role where you will be using your proactive self-starter attitude to hit the ground running in this 6-week assignment. Your unprecedented attention to detail will be your greatest asset in this position as you will be the main point of contact for all document control activities. You will be in charge of maintaining, updating, logging and indexing any critical documentation in the system. This role will see you liaising with multiple people from all levels in the business on a day to day basis assisting them with any plans or specifications that they need, so it essential that you have amazing written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage and track project documentation
- Scanning and filing of all imperative documentation
- Liaising with clients and project managers
- Creating document specific templates
- Tracking of RFI’s
