Business Trainee | Receptionist | Parramatta

Our client is a reputable strata company located in the heart of Parramatta. As a Trainee you will be exposed to all facets of the business and industry of strata management with the aim to be developed into a strata manager should you decide this is the career for you OR any other career associated with the business - Marketing, Sales, Finance or HR.

The Role

This valued client are currently recruiting for a Business Trainee to join their busy team in the heart of Syndey CBD. You will be working full time starting off on their busy reception desk, whilst completing a Certificate III in Business Administration. Key duties will include;

  • Answer and direct telephone enquiries
  • Assist in maintaining files and databases
  • Take minutes at meetings
  • General office duties
  • Being involved in the preparation and planning of regular industry events
  • Assist with preparation and hosting of meetings and conferences
  • Filing and archiving

What you'll need

Our ideal candidate will have the following;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in an office environment or have Administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills as well as good time management
  • Excellent computer ability
  • Be enthusiastic, eager, quick to learn, and adaptable
  • As this is an entry level role, qualifications higher than a Cert II may not be considered.
  • Permanent resident or Australian Citizen
