Our Custom Solutions team have seen a significant increase in demand for our project work to deliver our applications and solutions to clients. We are experiencing innovation opportunities in our Brisbane office requiring a strong project manager to join and lead the team.

The team work on innovative projects for clients including corporate enterprises and government departments.  Leading an SRA project team, you will work along-side Business Analysts, Senior Consultants, Architects and Management. Our business promotes, builds, enhances, supports and maintains custom solutions which constantly evolving, and we are watching significant demand grow to provide our services "in the Cloud".

We are actively recruiting a project manager with Prince2 Practitioner (Foundation minimum) certification and SRA will assist you to maintain and grow your certifications with other shared areas of interest.

Suitable candidates will have been leaders of teams delivering custom software solutions to similar clients and have a passion for working collaboratively with clients and peers to achieve outcomes.  

Responsibilities Include

  • Build and maintain relationships with the relevant clients
  • Think and act strategically with clarity of purpose
  • Work as a team with the Executive Manager and Project Directors
  • Be accountable to your clients by delivering quality products and services
  • Responsible for the provision of quality outcomes
  • Deliver on your promises
  • Input into the continuous improvement of the process for responding to client requests
  • Use your experience to assist the broader SRA teams in their roles
  • Provide reports to clients as agreed

Skills and Experience Required

  • Project Management experience
  • PRINCE2 certified
  • Software life cycle experience
  • Agile experience/certification
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • At ease working autonomously or in a team environment
  • Tertiary studies in Computer Science/ Information Technology

Highly Regarded

  • Self-Starter
  • Cloud Experience (AWS)
  • Data Management project experience
  • Resource sector understanding
