A thriving, well-established Medical Practice in Cremorne is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator for a permanent part time/casual position – for a minimum of 2 shifts per week.

This position is ideal if you are seeking a flexible part-time position while studying.

Who we are:
Leading the field in General Practice patient care and service, our focus is to provide the very best health outcomes for our patients and exceed their service expectations. Typically our patients are professionals, young families and senior members of the community who are well-informed and who value and take responsibility for their health.

Office Administrator:
You will be responsible for distributing mail, data entry, filing and importing, preparing doctors’ rooms, restocking and general office duties. Using your first class attention to detail, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the practice, providing support to both doctors and reception staff. In a fast moving environment, you will need to carry out your duties accurately, to a high quality and in a timely manner.

What we are looking for:
You will ideally have worked in an office environment or had some customer service experience. You will have the ability to multi task and have the capability to work autonomously.  As well as covering your shifts, you will ideally have the flexibility to provide holiday and sickness cover on other afternoon shifts. Full training will be provided.
