MSR Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a successful family business located in inner East Brisbane.   

Due to continual growth we are seeking an Administration assistant/Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis for three days per week.  We will offer flexible hours to suit the right candidate. We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated and reliable and will appreciate being part of a small team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the scheduling of service jobs
  • Job allocation of air conditioning and refrigeration work
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues via email and over the telephone
  • Invoicing and raising purchase orders
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required

As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Previous experience administration experience essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Well organised with outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a small team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous scheduling experience is highly regarded
  • Previous Experience working with AroFlo is highly regarded
