MSR Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is a successful family business located in inner East Brisbane.
Due to continual growth we are seeking an Administration assistant/Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis for three days per week. We will offer flexible hours to suit the right candidate. We are seeking a candidate that is self-motivated and reliable and will appreciate being part of a small team.
- Assisting with the scheduling of service jobs
- Job allocation of air conditioning and refrigeration work
- Data entry
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues via email and over the telephone
- Invoicing and raising purchase orders
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience administration experience essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Well organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a small team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous scheduling experience is highly regarded
- Previous Experience working with AroFlo is highly regarded
