As a result of the growth of our business, we are now seeking an experienced Recruitment and Performance Executive to join our rapidly expanding team.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO, and working with the operating divisions of Arrow, the Recruitment and Performance Executive will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing internal and external recruitment services, in response to the requirements of the operating divisions
  • Management of the ‘pipeline’ of inbound position enquiries
  • Assisting divisional managers with properly defining roles and responsibilities for both new and existing positions
  • Administration of recruitment activities, including advertising of positions, interviewing of candidates, preparation of contracts and onboarding.
  • Developing and administering improved performance measurement within the business
  • Working with divisional managers during the staff performance management and/or business exit process

The Successful Applicant

It is likely that the successful applicant for this position will have a number of years of experience in a similar position. It would be an advantage if some of that experience is within the logistics industry or with a recruitment agency, but neither of these are essential. As well as this experience, you will also need to bring to the role -

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – you must be a ‘people person’
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong sense of professionalism and drive, and a willingness and ability to learn, be flexible, and get things done
  • A curious and questioning mind
  • Attention to detail, an eye for process improvement and an ability to work to plans and deadlines
