Clinical Coordinator - Health Screening Network

 

The Health Screening Network (HSN) is the mobile entity of Unified Healthcare Group (UHG). This network is comprised of around 100 mobile health providers nationally, for which services are provided for all leading life insurance companies in Australia.
UHG currently dispatches health providers all around Australia who are able to provide their services to clients, no matter how remote the community is.

We are currently recruiting a Clinical Coordinator based in our Prahran office to manage this entire network of mobile consultants (independent trade consultants, mostly Div 1 & 2 nurses). You will be required to analyse capacity and capability gaps and then strategically recruit, select, train and retain the consultants to UHG’s Health Screening Network ensuring clear communication of our network protocols, procedures and service standards.

 

This role also incorporates managing mobile consultant escalation issues and identifiers for mobile consultant re-training or recruitment process improvement. In addition to this, you will provide support to these providers as required to ensure an exceptional experience.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• 2 years+ customer service focused role
• Health or Office Administration experience
• Desirable: A sound understanding of the health industry or recruitment experience
• Highly desirable: Nursing or other relevant health profession qualification
