Reservations & Functions Coordinator


Our client is one of the most unique gourmet and cultural destinations in the world, offering a stunning location for wine tasting, weddings, private events or simply dining in the beautiful a la carte restaurant.
 
We are seeking a proactive, well presented and bubbly Reservations & Functions Coordinator to join the team at this exquisite venue.
 
This role is the central point for all inbound customer reservations and enquiries regarding the Restaurant, Functions, Groups, Garden Tours and Wine Group Tastings.
 
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
  • To provide exceptional customer service
  • Be the first point of contact for all inbound customer reservation enquiries
  • Provide the front of house presence for guests on arrival
  • Managing group bookings
  • Manage social media reviews
  • Provide support to the business, including setup of menus on the point of sale system, updating reservations systems, menu presentation etc
  • Various other administration duties
 
About you:
  • An experienced hospitality professional
  • Well presented with exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent time management & ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Availability to work across weekends & public holidays as required
  • Ability to commute to Yarra Valley
