Moira Shire Council is an innovative and progressive local government organisation committed to serving the needs of communities across a large regional shire located on the Murray River almost 3 hours north of Melbourne. The area’s warm Mediterranean climate, appealing natural environment and location means Moira is home to agricultural, horticultural, viticultural and tourism operations. Such attractions include wineries, historic homesteads, galleries, craft shops, licensed clubs, water sports, fishing, beaches, forests, lakes, rivers and wetlands.

THE ROLE

Do you have a passion for delivering high quality counter, phone and online customer service?

We currently have a full time temporary position available and we are seeking a motivated, experienced and highly organised customer service practitioners.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who will enjoy working as part of a dynamic team to provide excellent external and internal customer service. The ideal applicant will be someone who is well presented, self-motivated and energetic, with a friendly personality, great attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as in a team to achieve required outcomes.

The position is based in Cobram and may involve travel to our other customer service centres across the Shire. This is a Full Time Temporary Position (4 months)
