Junior Project Manager

Ideally you will have 2+ years experience working either for a head contractor (builder) or project management consultancy. You will report into the Project Management team and support the successful delivery of key commercial projects ranging in values up to $20m.

Our client has developed a very strong name within the commercial pm space. Working a broad range on projects including; education, office, retail and more.

Description

You will be responsible for;

  • Supporting end to end project management services
  • Development and design management
  • Stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are on course to meet client expectations
  • Contract administration
  • Seeing projects through from design through to delivery
  • Contractor management
  • Budgeting
  • Weekly and monthly reporting

Profile

To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate the following;

  • Tertiary qualification in a construction, architecture, engineering or property related subject
  • 2 - 3 years contract administration experience with a client side, consultancy organisation or builder side organisation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Customer focused
  • Passion for construction
