As the Infrastructure Project Manager, your role will be to manage the delivery of designated technology infrastructure Projects exclusively within Technology group of EML to more efficiently meet business objectives.

Your role encompasses planning, implementation, and benefits realisation functions to ensure the projects are completed on time, on budget, within scope and business requirements, and in accordance with high levels of stakeholder satisfaction. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effective and productive management of allocated technology projects, using the Prince2 framework
  • Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships to facilitate the delivery of the projects
  • Manage multiple active projects at any one time, ensuring that all have clearly documented delivery plans and progress is tracked regularly
  • Work with all teams to resource projects effectively

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong project/program management skills (including planning, scheduling, governance and reporting)
  • Strong analytical, evaluation and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodology, e.g. Prince2 or PMBOK
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • People management skills, including coaching and change management
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products e.g. MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Visio
