Cost & Controls Administration Officer

About the Position: 

A great opportunity awaits for an experienced Administrator for a coal mine, Monday to Friday role, working 7am-4pm, near Moura. 

Meals and accommodation provided.

 

To be considered for this role, candidates must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous proven experience in an on site administration role
  • Be competent with Request for Contract (RFC), Purchase requisition (PR) and PO process
  • Contract administration experience
  • Competent in the use of SAP and the Microsoft suite
  • Current drivers licence
  • Current Standard 11 Induction Statement of Attainment
  • Current Coal Board Medical
  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
