About the Organisation:

This is a small, but rapidly growing organisation, providing a high quality service for people accessing NDIS services. Registered as a local NDIA provider, this organisation prides itself on its values, mission and vision.

About the role:

Due to business growth, this is a brand new opportunity available now, for an experienced Business Development Officer.

Working in a small, family oriented team, you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, participants, businesses and other local organisations.

Working within the community, you will be the ‘ambassador’ for this company, and therefore responsible for promoting and creating new business opportunities.

Skills and experience:

You will bring to the organisation your passion and experience of working in the disability field, as well 2 - 3 years minimum experience in a similar marketing or business development type role.

Other required skills and attributes include:

Confident communication style with the ability to liaise with complex stakeholders

Well developed IT skills desirable - not essential

Advanced people skills

Self motivated and self starter

Ability to travel around Canberra suburbs

A current WWVP, as well as the ability to obtain a police check with no adverse findings is required prior to commencement into the role.
