We are looking for someone with a bubbly personality and capable of assisting the property management team. Seeking someone with strong administration skills and up to a challenge. 
  • Answering and re-directing phone calls
  • Managing the walk-in enquiries
  • Responding to several email inboxes
  • Controlling the key system
  • Facilitate property management in their day to day requirements. 

The Candidate:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • The ability to work proactively and independently
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong administration and communication skills 
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Customer service and administrative professional
