Property Administrator

About the Job
Reporting to the housing manager you will support our property management operations by providing exceptional customer service & administration assistance whilst ensuring full reception duties are adhered to at all times. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to: 

  • greeting customers face to face;
  • attending to in-person enquiries;
  • documenting the movement of property keys (in and out of the office);
  • organising quotes for repairs; and
  • issuing work orders for approved quotes and coordinate access between tradesmen and tenants.

In this role, accuracy and attention to detail is imperative as we need to ensure all information and correspondence is accurate, professionally presented and meets company requirements.

You will use your initiative, have strong problem solving skills and be able to work autonomously and in a team environment. Your organisational and customer service skills will enable you to provide a high level of service, all whilst communicating in a friendly manner, providing service with a smile. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role in a real estate environment.
