The opportunity exists to join our small and effective team as our receptionist and running our front of office.
Daily tasks and responsibilities include communicating on a daily basis with land lords, tenants, sellers, buyers and contractors. Receipting rent payments, preparing leases, listing documents and sales contracts, running our social media marketing and engaging in a positive and motivated manner.
Excellent social media and computer literacy in several real estate data base software programs, knowledge in Excel, excellent telephone skills by ensuring all calls are taken. Property Management and Sales Experience is a 100% requirement for the position.
