About the role


Processing loan applications, collecting and verifying personal information

Liaise with customers via phone and online means

Super accurate data entry, at a non-stop pace

Use your own initiative, problem solve and truly exceed customer satisfaction

Administration, including assisting with daily auditing



Skills and experience


A positive, confident and outgoing attitude

Experience in customer service or a related role

Experience meeting KPI's and targets

Intermediate computer skills using word, excel and outlook

Ability to make decisions and multitask

Mature & resilient nature

Knowledge of Sales Force advantageous but not required
