The opportunity

We have an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. 

This is a great opportunity and will suit you whether you are seeking an entry-level role or are interested in working in reception/administration.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will manage reception activities for our Australia Sales Team Head Office and be the first point of contact for our on-road sales team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage sales ordering process
  • CRM support and data integrity 
  • Recruitment and equipment issue for new starters  
  • General office administration and maintenance 
  • Booking couriers and distributing parcels 
  • Meeting room setup and maintenance

You will also be provided with the opportunity to learn new skills and increase your knowledge of our business and wine industry. 

About you

  • Previous experience working in a high paced administration environment or you may be seeking an entry-level role in administration/reception
  • Proactive with strong attention to detail
  • Thrive on working in a team
