Mobilisation Officer

Techforce Personnel is a specialist recruitment partner to the Mining, Civil, Drilling and Oil & Gas industries across Australia.  With over 25 years' experience supplying qualified and experienced Trades and Professional personnel, we have an immediate need for a highly skilled Mobilisation Officer to work with our client, a global materials processing organisation. The role is for a temporary period of 3 months with the view to move to full time employment.


To be considered for this position the ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience across BHP shutdowns
  • ERMS Experience (essential)
  • LRS proficiency (advantageous)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Duties & Responsibilities Include:
  • Co-ordination of the on-boarding function
  • End to end mobilisation
  • Collecting licences, tickets/qualifications and validity
  • Booking medicals and requesting police clearances
  • Sending and monitoring company inductions
