As a Data Processing and Administration Officer you will play a key role at Plan Partners, managing and monitoring our customer's NDIS budgets. You'll be reviewing and processing our customers' invoices and ensuring timely and accurate payment.

When needed, you'll liaise with service providers about the payment of their invoices and help them solve any issues with their invoices.

To succeed as a Data Processing & Administration Officer with Plan Partners you will have:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Excellent administrative skills with ability to process large volume of paperwork
  • A hands-on work attitude, team player mentality and good skills
  • Demonstrated experience handling online technology and systems
  • Ideally, an understanding of the NDIS however not essential as you will be provided with comprehensive training.
