Accounts payable and administration assistant required in Gladesville with a 6 six week start at Barangaroo to cover leave.

There is no parking at Barangaroo for the first 8 weeks it is a short walk from Wynyard station and the Ferry. There will be parking at Gladesville but it is also close to oublic transport.


Applicant must have experience in Xero and MYOB

Experience in the hospitality industry an advantage but not essential

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required

Accuracy and attention to detail a must

Knowledge of Microsoft suite especially Excel & Sharepoint

Work part of a team as well as autonomously.


You will be required but not limited to:-

Enter & batch invoices into Xero



Answer phone and email queries

Take bookings for Restaurant

Assist other Accounts persons

Suit parent returning to work.

Must have full working rights.
