Customer Advice Officer

 Customer Advice Officer - Basic

  • Contract until June 2020 + up to 24 month possible extension
  • Melbourne - Box Hill
  • Australian Citizenship essential
Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Customer Advice Officer to support the introduction of a new government initiative.

About the role:
  • Provide advice to clients and stakeholders on enquiries, adhering to policy guidelines
  • Undertake routine compliance improvement
  • Assist in review and audit activities
  • Communicate and negotiate with clients by resolving enquiries and providing appropriate solutions 
  • Identify, record and share information relevant to risk analysis activities

Ideally, you will have:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to tailor communication 
  • Willingness and capability to learn new tasks
  • Strong computer skills (CRM programs and Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • High attention to detail used to deliver accurate outcomes 
  • Ability to work in a tight knit supportive team environment
Essential:
  • Australian Citizenship
  • 5 years consecutive residential footprint in Australia
