Customer Service Consultant

We are currently looking for casual Customer Service Consultants to join our high performing National Customer Service team based at Chullora. This role is perfect for hard working, enthusiastic candidates who have a passion for customer service and are looking to kick-start their career and develop their capability within George Weston Foods. We have several opportunities within the team, offering fantastic flexibility in hours to enable you to work around your busy schedule. 

About the Role:

As a member of the Tip Top National Customer Service team, you will be communicating with a wide range of diverse customers across a variety of areas including:

  • Managing communications with customers - purchase orders, out of stocks, pricing / promotions and delivery changes
  • Order management of Tip-Top products
  • Generating daily and weekly reports
  • General administration
  • Customer complaint handling and resolution

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a high-volume call centre in an inbound & outbound capacity
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably within a FMCG environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Order management experience
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask

Tip Top's casual Customer Service Consultants must be available to work evenings and weekends.
