We are not a recruiter, we are hiring direct for immediate start date, but can work with your needs. We deal with both local and international insurance companies whilst providing insurance solutions in Australia from domestic to large business. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a real impact, work and learn with great people, and develop professionally in a supportive environment. We are a professional and mature organisation, but we have a family culture. We are actively expanding into Brisbane and Sydney, including numerous other broking activities. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team, run a commercial portfolio and grow with us.

The Role:

  • Manage existing portfolio of SME Commercial business
  • Embed common broker procedures into the team
  • Foster and grow a positive team spirit
  • Look after renewals, endorsements and new business inquiries

About you:

  • Tier 1 qualified – nice to have, we can support you into this qualification
  • General Insurance experience, preferably within the SME Commercial environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • A proactive individual enjoying delivering the best results
  • A number of years experience with an insurance brokerage
