About the Role:

This is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing internal and external clients quality customer service in the areas on Universal, Gateway and In-Training.

This varied full-time position will involve performing Progress Contacts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting ANP Field staff in completing their roles.

Please Note: This is a fixed term role commencing 30/09/19 and ending 01/05/2020.

 

Selection Criteria:

  • proven experience in meeting set targets, KPIs and customer service standards
  • ability to prioritise and time manage effectively to successfully achieve results
  • ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to change
  • accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail
  • ability to interpret and apply relevant policy and legislation.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable).
