About the Role

Provide an exceptional member experience by engaging in meaningful conversations to identify opportunities to offer value to our members.

In this role, you will manage all member enquiries including opening new membership or term deposit accounts and referring financial planning and potential home and personal loan members to our qualified branch lender.

This is a full-time role located at our Springwood Branch.

Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The salary range on offer is $48,582 – $52,807 + super.

  • Manage member enquiries within service level agreements and quality standards
  • Day to day teller duties
  • Outbound service calls
  • Perform transactions on third party products including telegraphic transfers, cash passports, foreign currency and motor vehicle consultations

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in Banking and/or retail environment
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems, perform numerical calculations and interpret data in different situations
  • Demonstrated accuracy and strong attention to detail
