We’re on the hunt for thoughtful Christmas Casual Customer Assistants, across the Gold Coast, to join our team for the festive holiday season!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside your team to ensure we’re achieving and exceeding our sales and KPI plans, and help maintain store VM standards.
  • Be a brand ambassador by, delivering outstanding customer experiences, for every customer, every-time.
  • Replenishing stock, to ensure our customers never miss out on finding the perfect gift!


You will:

  • Be a clear communicator and be open to giving and receiving feedback.
  • Take ownership, have a can-do mindset and be a decision-maker.
  • Have a genuine passion for the fast paced retail environment.
  • Have attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

You must allow for a flexible work schedule, to meet the needs of the businesses trading hours, and you must be available to work the week of Christmas, which may include Christmas Eve.

We’re looking for someone who understands our customer is at the core of everything we do and the reason our brand exists. You love being a part of an empowered team and always give the best version of you, for you, and others.
