The role

In this role you will assist with the writing, testing and maintaining of computer programs and seek to develop an understanding and knowledge of our Superannuation product Acurity .

You will also undertake business problem analysis onsite with our clients and translate this into action required through identification of the solution, documentation of the solution and coding the solution in Acurity.


What you will be doing

  • Configuring the Acurity system using the tools provided within the system.

  • Undertaking testing and test case documentation

  • Undertaking requirements gathering and formulation of solution designs relating to the implementation of Acurity functionality internally and at client sites.

  • Developing a functional and technical understanding of the Acurity product, including user functionality, configuration parameters, the underlying data structures. 
     

What you will need

  • Sound written and verbal skills

  • Strong Customer service skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to build relationships with clients

  • Sound knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Java, C+, Visual Basic, Perl etc

  • Logical thinking demonstrated through a sound knowledge of programming constructs

  • Ability to write business requirements and solution design documents

  • Willingness to undertake superannuation training in their own time – ASFA subjects.
