Who we’re looking for

You will be a determined and ambitious problem-solver possessing consulting, design or research skills, with the ability to devise and communicate ideas, strategies and concepts in compelling and credible ways.

You understand technology and the digital landscape, learn quickly, and work well with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to drive growth and enjoy the multitude of opportunities and rewards that come with it.

  • The Basics – A natural problem-solver with experience in planning and executing digital strategy. You possess CX/UX consulting skills and product knowledge at your disposal to uncover learnings that will unlock results for your clients. You’re a can-do person with a natural instinct to exercise sound judgement.
  • Lead from the front – You are able to drive the strategy product of the business forward with a clear focus on client outcomes. You understand the motivations of prospects, clients and your team and they look to you for direction and leadership.
  • Always Learning – The digital world moves fast, really fast and accordingly you have the ability to adapt quickly as things change. You will love keeping up with new trends, technology and innovations including digital transformation, mobile, CX, user-centred design and emerging technologies.
  • Play as a Team – You’re a team player who seeks out collaboration and demonstrates pro-activity and initiative in everything you do. You have the ability and confidence to work with, and add value to multi-disciplinary teams, as well as the ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions at a senior level.
