About the business and the role


St Marys Aged Care has Aged Care Facilities in Pelican Waters and Coolum Beach.

We are looking for applicants that are flexible and work well in a team environment.

St Marys is expanding to meet the growing high care needs of the Sunshine Coast and we are looking for a Receptionist/administrative officer to assist us in ensuring our Reception provides services that are both efficient and supportive.

The position will be a minimum of 3 days per week plus relief.  The position will involve shifts at both Pelican Waters and Coolum Beach.  Applicants should be willing to work at both sites.  This will become a permanent position in Coolum from March 2020

Reception tasks

Data entry


Assisting Residents and their families with enquiries


Skills and experience


Experience in Reception positions

Experience in Aged Care or a similar Healthcare environment

Good knowledge of data base programs

References essential
