Our Client is seeking a well presented candidate with a passion for the real estate industry or an experienced Receptionist looking for a change to join their fun & hardworking team based in the Bayside area.

THE ROLE:
  • First point of contact for walk ins and enquiries
  • Property Management administration 
  • Ensure the office is kept in a neat & tidy manner
  • Handing out keys 
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Lease Sign Ups
  • Post & banking
  • Lease preparation
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Tenant Liaison 
  • Various administration tasks for the rentals department

THE CANDIDATE:
  • Experience in the real estate industry advantageous
  • Must have a current agents rep certificate
  • Be polished & have excellent phone manner
  • Have a willingness to learn & a can do attitude
  • Have excellent computer skills

THE PERKS:
  • Monday to Friday only 
  • Progression within the rentals department
  • Well known, multi office network
  • Salary up to $60,000 + Super depending experience
