THE ROLE

  • A great position for a medical graduate or administrator looking to use their background and experience in a new way.
  • You will be fully trained to assess insurance claims across accident and health and how to manage these claims end to end 
  • Be directly involved in conducting preliminary investigations into claims as well as registration of claims and processing of invoices and payments
  • Ensure that claimants are kept informed on all progress and issues relating to their claim
  • Build and maintain good relationships with claimants, clients and insurance brokers through high quality customer service
