Shopping Centre Receptionist - Central Brisbane

** This role requires compulsory experience in either retail, commercial or residential property administration/reception

Property Network of Australia currently has opportunity available for an Administration Assistant / Receptionist for a major Shopping Centre in Brisbane.

The roles will encompass general retail/residential/commercial administration duties, including Lease Administration, assisting with property accounting and reporting as well as general reception duty as well. 

With a supportive and knowledgeable team around you, this is a perfect opportunity for a candidate with exceptional organisational and communication skills to development their career within retail/commercial property.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with day to day administration duties and property accounting tasks;
  • Responsible for lease administration, working closely with leasing and sales teams.
  • Assist the Marketing Department with ad-hoc marketing administration and assist with campaigns as necessary.
  • Answer queries from customers and clients;
  • Generate emails for tenants to advise of property maintenance due at buildings
  • General administration duties such as filing, ordering stationery supplies, 

This role will suit an individual who either has existing experience within the residential property industry wanting to take the next step i in their property career.
