Key Role

We are looking for an IT Support and Facilities, who is progressive, thoughtful and hardworking individual, to join our growing team. We at Ebit Pty Ltd, specialize in developing software applications for the recruitment industry and servicing customers both internal and external in Australia for over 15 years. You will provide Level 1 and 2 support and facilities. You will be working with our end-users, IT and development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Level 1 and 2 desktop, hardware and software support
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Basic Windows system administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure Solutions (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Office365, Terminal Services, etc.)
  • General facilities management and admin

Skills

  • Clear communicator – both written and verbal
  • Worked with outlook and office suite - Office365
  • Casual but Well presented
  • Excellent time management and organization.
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of SLA and Time Frames
  • Wordpress
  • Helpdesk systems, ticket management

Desirable

  • TAFE Cert 4
    BS degree in IT, engineering or related field
  • Any knowledge on public clouds (Azure/AWS)
  • Microsoft Exchange, Adobe Photoshop
  • Programing language C or C++

This is an excellent position for IT graduates with 1 to 2 years experience, who want the freedom to exercise their skills while working within defined boundaries to achieve goals. Someone who dreads the idea of being stuck in a role churning out dry, corporate content, who wants to work in an area where they actually have an interest.
