Admin Assistant / Customer Care Consultant

Reporting to the Branch Manager this role is responsible for - 

 

General office administration

Making warm outbound calls to our customer database to grow and retain our core business.

Assisting and responding to inbound customer telephone calls and initiating calls derived from online enquiries

Maintaining customer records 

Accounts Receivable / Payable functions


The following competencies are essential for this role -

Minimum 5 years customer service experience in an office environment

Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills

Striving to meet KPI's as set for the customer care team

Must work well in a small team

Outgoing personality with a can-do, positive attitude.

Takes initiative, meets deadlines, prioritises tasks

Warm and friendly telephone manner
