Receptionist - PPT

This client is a well established, SA trailblazer who services business nationally with an enviable list of high-flying clients. They are well respected in the marketplace and offer an exceptional service. Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity exists in their front of house "director of first impressions". This role is ideally suited for someone who is an up & coming professional, ideally a university student, small business owner or return to work parent! We are seeking a polished and corporate professional who is the first point of contact when representing the brand and who loves to offer exceptional service.

The role has a diverse range of activities which include;

Reception

Greeting clients

Assisting clients with choices and selections

Styling the office for meetings and events

General administration.

You will be friendly, have exceptional customer service skills and the know-how to manage competing priorities and maintain a perfect and poised manner.

The team are experienced and warm and are happy to welcome a graduate or experienced applicant with a flair for a high-end business who is wishing to supplement their other life priorities.
