About the Role; 
  • Monday to Friday role 
  • Greeting clients 
  • Answering phones 
  • Taking and passing on relevant messages 
  • Mail distribution/collecting mail 
  • Maintain Reception area and meeting rooms 
  • Salary of $45,000 - $50,000 + Superannuation 
About You; 
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel being used regularly
  • Minimum 1 year Receptionist/Admin within the real estate industry
  • Well-spoken and excellent phone skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Well-groomed, professionally presented and energetic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patient and cool-headed under pressure
  • Switched on and good at multi-tasking
  • Passionate about the Real Estate & Property sector
