Parking Enforcement Services  

Parking Enforcement Services provides a range of services to private car parks including customer service, processing, on and off street parking management.
 

Due to expansion in the WA, we are seeking for people who would like an opportunity to work outdoors, to improve safety in a close-knit community where no two days are the same and become part great team environment.

 

The Role

Parking Enforcement Services are currently seeking enthusiastic and team oriented people to undergo training for roles based in the Perth Area.

You will undergo extensive training to provide exceptional customer service to the public, our clients and your colleagues. With your employment you will be equipped to perform the duties of parking enforcement in accordance with legislative and client requirements.

When you complete training you will be responsible for:

  • Patrolling assigned areas on foot and or by motor vehicle
  • Issuing parking breach notices
  • Ensuring that all administrative and reporting requirements are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Providing professional, accurate and timely customer service in response to queries from key clients and the public
  • Maintain parking equipment in a good condition and working order
  • Promptly report all incidents, hazards and risks in an accurate and timely manner

 

The Requirements

Our Parking Officers come from a wide range of backgrounds. We share a commitment to work safely, encouraging turn over in parking spaces to support local traders and reducing safety risks for road users.

  • Maintaining work records in a clear concise manner so they may be presented.

Your background will demonstrate either direct experience or the ability to:

  • be reliable, punctual and work within the rostering system which includes morning, afternoon and evening, as well as regular weekend work
  • work effectively both as a team member and also with minimal direct supervision from time to time
  • operate with a high level of ethical conduct and corruption prevention practices
  • apply effective communication and conflict resolution skills, including the ability to deal with diverse customers, as well as the ability to deal with sensitive issues in a tactful manner
  • be observant, recording information in an accurate and legible manner and write reports
  • possession of current WA Driver's License

  • National Police Check
  • Pre-Employment Medical Check (including drug & alcohol testing)
