We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified executive to join our team and help lead us on our journey. Reporting to the CEO and working collegiately with other GMs, Consulting Leads, Operations Managers, Delivery and Support staff, you will lead Providence’s professional services delivery operations.
Delivery operations functions include the entire business lifecycle: strategy and business planning, business development, capture management, bid management, project establishment and delivery, governance, reporting, personnel management and financial management.
GM Delivery works in a supported/ supporting relationship with GM Strategy and GM Emerging Business in the early stages of the business lifecycle: i.e. strategy setting, BD, capture management and bid management.
GM Delivery works closely with GM Emerging Business and the Consulting Leads in delivery of a range of professional services to a wide client-base, both in Australia and Europe. Key clients include the Department of Defence (CASG, CIOG, other Groups and Services), other Federal Government Departments and various Industry clients.
This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager or senior Program Manager from a medium-to-large sized professional service’s company who is looking for more autonomy and the opportunity to take greater responsibility across the entire business lifecycle. It will someone who understands organisational functions and systems, and how to develop resilience and sustainability within a people oriented organisation.
Ideally, you will have had experience and achieved excellent results in managing delivery operations in a professional services context, preferably in support of the Department of Defence.
