Property Project Administrator

Property Project Administrator – NSW Government


A Project Administrator with a background in property management and leases/licencing is required by a NSW Government Department in the Sydney CBD on an initial contract until the end of January.
  
Key accountabilities:
  • Plan and undertake administration of contracts, organisational programs, special projects and support services
  • Develop, review and negotiate variations to contracts, programs, projects and services
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected
  • Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs and services provided
Selection criteria:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Property Manager background
  • Leasing and licencing experience
  • Experience with contract administration
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal formats.
